3)Test ones vendors -
Put them within a "what-if" situation to check out how many respond, particularly when something were to be wrong

4)Book companies and areas early -
The earlier you guide, the more willing vendors may just be to negotiate

5)Make level purchases -
Whenever you can buy certain offers like candles or centerpieces through bulk, you can often get an obviously better deal
